Quarrying




Quarrying is the first step to producing any finished projects you might wish to make.  Pictured to the right is Adrian holding a piece of midnight lace obsidian he has just quarried and broken to check the color.





Adrian is pictured below flintknapping the obsidian.  On the left he is working on a large piece he spalled off of a very large rock.
